New Rochelle

Located 1 block from the City Center of New Rochelle, 26 Locust was designed with Monroe college in mind from inception. Originally a parking lot St Katherine bought an option to purchase the land in 2015 and closed in Jan 2016 after the City wide Master Rezoning plan was approved. A 5 story, 90,000sf, 94 unit with 55 parking spaces at grade was designed and fully master leased to Monroe for 15 years pre-construction. 278 students moved in September 2018.
